Yes I love that March too !. I blast it on the radio when it comes on. It must freak out the other drivers but I just laugh when I see someone staring at me at a stop light. Live your life.😌. Ask your local florist for their packing materials. We get boxes monthly of glass ware and we’ve got ALOT of packing material in every shape and size. Tell them you will stop buy and take it for them! It’s very clean .

I'm going back to watch your old videos since I'm now officially addicted! I love those little lampshades! I was watching the Forest Green bowl on the ping-pong table and the peach luster divided plate like a hawk. Those are my two favorite things! Thanks for the great packing tips! Hi Scott, you had me laughing so hard my stomach hurt when you said you momentarily wanted that lady to twist her ankle and spill her cart!!!!! We have all been there!!!! LOVE YOUR ATTITUDE!! Thank you for always putting positivity into the universe, even if it means having to correct yourself!!! And most of all thank you for the laugh! My best to you and Salem! 💕

Great video, enjoyed the ride along and the scenery. The row houses were beautiful. Enjoyed the 'cart envy' story. I was at a garage sale once, when another shopper cut a corner in front of me. She swooped in and snatched a Le Crueset casserole off the table before I could reach it. It was new in the box for $10.00. I had to work on my attitude adjustment all day long, LOL! TFS.

LOL, good content and you made me chuckle a couple times. Very nice architecture on those homes you drove by especially at the end. Thanks for making the comment about showing a video on packing your breakables. I actually have done really well with packing breakables too but I always think it's good to learn from others who sell similar items and hope to get some more tips. Also love the German band too as I am German and reminds me of when I was a small lass and also a carousel ride a little, lol. played trumpet so brings back those memories too. Anyhow, I enjoyed your video. Hopefully you find more next time. Thanks, Lynae.

Did I tell you that I am a retired Librarian? Anyway, if you live near a library you can ask for boxes. The books come in very strong boxes. Books are heavy. We were always glad to get rid of some empty boxes. People that were moving were also given old papers if they asked. Most of the newspapers were donated to a vet hospital though.

Thanks for the video. Do you also go to church rummage sale? Most of the time, it's a good use of time for me--although the last was just horrible with only one piece of $1 Fire King. There's one this Friday. I'm hopeful. Good luck to you this week.

Wait a minute where was The Sopranos music playing for us when you were in NJ? I grew up in New Brunswick, and lived on College Ave. Now there is only one residence on College Ave, everything else belongs to Rutgers. We live in Maine, so different than NJ, which is an understatement Loved the ride, and the industrial lamp.
@oldcuriosityshop2656 жыл бұрын
Ha ha ha....well I'm a native Jersey Boy.....so I love the reference to Sopranos! Maine is a lovely state and quite different from Jersey for sure! I attended William Patterson University up in Wayne, NJ but spent some time on the Rutgers campus in the 80's when I was a wild college student!

When I was growing up in Milwaukee, WI, we had a Gimbels store. (I now live in York, PA.) I just looked them up in Wiki: The company expanded to a peak of 53 stores by 1965, and closed in 1987 with 35 stores in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Wisconsin, and Connecticut. So, maybe you Could find more of those pretty patterned Limoges plates :-)

So I know your first instinct is to just decline a ridiculous offer, but I've heard from more than one reseller that responding (and I guess any activity) bumps the item in the search. Of course, all bets are off since eBay's update screwed up the search algorithm so badly. But that's why I respond to stupid offers...

I'm playing catch up with your vlogs. I seen the pink and blue McCoy pitcher. My last trip to the GW, I purchased the matching cream and sugar bowl. I was so happy. It's ironic that you secretly wished she spill her cart.....that happened to me. *grrrrr* Two pcs broke...a pothole in their sidewalk caused my cart to tip forward. I just screamed and literally put my hands on my head. I took the broken pcs back in and they refunded my money. Can you imagine if someone ended up with a broken ankle. Now, I have to find your videos on anny. dishware. I acquired a lot of that and some pcs are lefton. Enjoy your videos!! Apologize for the lengthy comment. :D
