A trip to Hong Kong would not be complete without some dim sum, and this time, I tried out a couple different experiences. I went for old fashioned traditional dim sum at Lin Heung Tea House and then for fancy luxury dim sum at Yan Toh Heen.

I'm not a person who will generally choose luxury over traditional, in fact, some of the best food experiences I have ever had were out in the street stalls. But after seeing that Luxury Dim sum, I have to admit, I would choose that any day over traditional. Dhika Shinli To be honest, chicken feet Java’s two layer of skin. The first layer of skin was peeled off and nail is cut off, so technically it is very clean to eat lol
