Like others have mentioned the cookbook is using American descriptions, yes you're correct when you mention that coriander comes from the same plant as cilantro,. Much like zucchini is courgette, and eggplant is aubergine. Coriander seeds need to the heated, I think prior to serving, if you don't.want them to taste like soap, so using the leaf is a better choice for a salads and garnishes.

That cookbook is American, and the flour tortillas are bigger here, that’s why it said 5 meatballs to a tortilla,in fact I don’t even know if you can get such small flour tortillas here, corn ones come in that size.I think if you cut everything smaller it would be easier to eat.if you make that coleslaw again, try putting a little sugar, salt, and pepper in it ,though you didn’t say anything I know it was sour, yogurt, lime juice, and vinegar, are all sour, without anything to temper the sourness Anyway I liked this recipe, and I will try it.

Youd be better making small sausage shapes instead of balls, its easier to control the thickness and get even cooking times, plys they'd fit in the tortilla better

what big balls you have Keith. heheheh may be you should have made them sausage shape. the may fill in the taco cases easier. may be if you put some chocolate on them then you will have what you see in south park heheeh NOOO you can not squash your balls, there are far too many jokes about balls. heeeheh how about some sweet and sour sauce.

The meatballs aren’t too big it’s the tortillas that are too small 👍
