Keith if you’re doing something really greasy in the air fryer drawers , put a slice of bread in under the crisper plate . It soaks the fat up , and a lot easier to clean out , this looked lovely

I always put aluminium foil in my air fryers.. Keeps it spotless and food cooking well 😊

Hiya keith and nat,i think the bag method wastes to much of the marinade,i mix things together in a big bowl,then scrape all the goodness into the cooking pot.looked so delicious! Im cooking a roast chicken tonight 😊

Keith very lazy is a paste,You would have been better using a brush to coat the chicken. The paste has already got scotch bonnet chilli in. Hense when you put the chilli in,why it was so hot lol.
