Looks great Keith do you ever watch butlers empire ? They just done pork chops as well but there’s was from the butcher u notice big difference between butcher and shops chops I’ll have to try as I usually buy shops ones aswell

Chilli in the honey would work well, or just use sweet chilli sauce for simplicity.

its a lovely warm day. I went out into the heat. had a mark on the windscreen one squirt and the whole window froze up with a thin coating of ice. it was 0 degrees. and the wind made it feel like -20. you use slightly more honey on this pork then in the bread. do think cost wise using a whole jar is a lot for just 4 chops. not really a budget meal.

I am the same but with out the electric blanket and just under a standard one. no heating, even if I had any it still would not be on. you want to complain about the fat, not sure with all that honey on them after eating you will have any teeth left. more sugar that in a big bag of sweets. heheheh
