I believe it IS possible to get both large gold bonuses at the bottom of the tree. By my calculation, it would cost 3050. I don’t think it’s the optimal path because you must give up other gold rewards, but it does seem possible.

You're right, it is technically possible. It's just a bad idea since you're throwing an extra 200 tickets away to do it.

So, the following thing happened yesterday, and I'm not sure if it's a bug or an intended change. When the DMF was about to end, I had 200 tickets unspent, which I assumed would be turned into Arclight Energy. But instead, when the Blingtron event started, I had a starting value of 200 Blingtron tickets. So I assume that they were converted from DMF to Bling tickets, instead of Arclight. Is this intended? Did it happen to anyone else?

It is a bug that has been around since the first Blingtron event. I have had it happen once myself, on one of my accounts. To my knowledge, no way has been found to repeat it. It does not seem to depend on player actions. Blingtron tickets are worth a lot more than the Energy, so good for you, enjoy the tickets!

@OldGuardian Hey OG, what do you think of doing your bling spending a bit differently; not putting in the last 450 into the Grommash star but rather into Execute. You still get the same value for a star (90 gold) but the rest of 200 blings get converted into a bit of extra Archlight energy. If Grommash and Execute are of the same value for someone - would that then be a better bling investment? Am I right in my reasoning?

Grom, as a leader, is typically worth 120 g, while Execute is worth 90 g. Sure, for someone, the values might be different (if they already have epic Grom for example). If you are operating under different values (compared to the defaults), then yes, you could be correct.

Leaders are 120 Coins while Troops are 90 Coins, but yes, there are a couple of opportunities to choose a star for a different mini if you want to.
