Thanks for this, a nice dose of nostalgia! I built my first proper Empire Army from this book and spent hours writing lists I hoped one day to have the models for! Still use the model I had for a general in my current army! I still think of my units using the names they were given in third.

RE flagerlants, 8 is khornes number but it is also the sacred number associated with sigmar. Hence the unit size.

Thinking about doing an empire army for the old world when it drops unless rules for a tilean army get released like they were in og fantasy battle

My favorite is the Forstjaeger. I don't know how effective it is but I like the idea that they can set traps in the wooded terrain.

Love the Forstjagers, being able to take upto 30 as well helps compared to just plain old crossbowmen 👍
