so happy to you start this series its so good also a side note cause its not really mentioned in the birrin plot the ANGEL figure you see is actually a FUTURE HUMAN called a metahuman effectivly meaning the birrin exist so far in the future humanity has advanced to the point each indivudal human is like a god and this one in particular is very intrested in the birrin.

Speculative Biology is great there are ~5 big project with group efforts of building worlds from the ground up. Interesting proints are the development of writing. How can alien use tools or claws to create markings and how it would affect fonts. Interesting points and problems modern films never point at.
