Pineapple upside down cake was my favorite as a child and still is. Now, I find out that my 8 yr old grandson's favorite is pineapple upside down cake! Hi dear Texan! I just made this cake and it's delicious!!! My husband can't wait to taste it! It looks soooooooo beautiful! I used Splenda Baking Sugar because I have no granulated sugar and cake came out just fine! Splenda baking sugar is half Splenda and half regular sugar. Tastes great and I've lost weight!
