Taco Bell Burrito Supremes

My ex is Hispanic from culiacan Mexico, he taught me to add a little milk in my refried beans, man does it give it a really good flavor! He also turned me on to the Mexican tomato sauce call El Pato, you can find it in the Mexican isle, I personally prefer the yellow can..And wow it makes all Mexican dishes taste so much better! I add it to my taco meat, spaghetti sauce, any tomato base sauce, tortilla soup, beef stew, vegetable soup, there are a plethora of dishes you can add it to..The spice is perfect!

A handful of shredded fiesta-blend cheese in the beans works really well too!

What we do that's just as easy as a can of refried beans but way easier to customize... use a can of pinto beans! Drain a good portion of the juice but save some, about half, get em on the heat then when they're getting warm, mash em up with a potato masher or a fork in a pinch, then add your milk and cheese and seasoning to taste as recommended above. I find it easier and tastier than the can of refried.

The comment about the El Pato hot tomato sauce is absolutely on point. This sauce as well as knoors chicken bullion is the Mexican kitchens secret weapon. I’ve been using it for years and my personal recipes are a hit with my vast circle of friends. I would love to teach my daughters and grandkids how to cook but no takers yet…. I will have to write a cookbook as my legacy I suppose. El Pato.. small yellow can with a duck on the label. You will be surprised.

Looks great I was home ill a few months ago and decided to get some taco bell delivered (i had already been through the gamut of fast food places and they were all terrible - i really don't know who is working at these places ??? So i ordered the simplest thing, with no drink bse they always forget the drink. Anyway, i ordered bean and cheese burritos, which consisted of 9 inch non heated flour tortillas with actually 2 tablespoons of a bean and cheese mixture in each 🙄. It's so nice to watch someone cook who knows what they are doing ❤❤❤

I like mine without all the spice in the burger. And try putting onion red-yellow-green/pepper🌶 🫑in the burger and black beans instead of refried beans and yes lettuce and fresh onion with sour cream, homemade salsa (ashotasulike) dip or spoon for each bite.😊 And if you want a little bite try chuck cubed small instead of hamburger .

This was my favorite thing at TB.I'd ask for extra sour cream inside and would get the hottest bags of hot sauce.I didn't visit a Taco Bell for 15 years and the burrito supreme isn't on the menu anymore but they made one for me.❤Arby's closed near me a year ago but Taco Bell bought it and totally redoing it inside/outside.It's to open soon!
