@@BarackObama592 nah dude this is wholesome ass cooking. This guy is battling cancer yet still cooking for some girls who are trying to better themselves in education, and it’s good but not impossibly scratch realistic cooking recipes that home cooks can replicate. That you call it cringe reflects on your soul. You can literally hear the pain in his voice compared to older videos. Why leave hateful comments on a video of someone who is literally just serving people food in a humble way?

For folks wondering how much flour is enough for your sausage gravy, an easy rule of thumb is just putting just enough to fully coat your crumbled sausage (you don’t want any loose in the pan) and cook/brown until that raw flour smell is gone. I do this pretty often when I make biscuits and gravy. Homemade gravy is infinitely better than the packaged “just-add-water” stuff. Thanks for another great meal Kev!

Well, the wax-on-wax-off method taught by Mr. Miyagi is one where Daniel-san uses his left and right hands seperately, with the right only doing counter-clockwise movement and the left only doing clockwise movement. So to me it makes sense the dry-hand-wet-hand method is sorta similar to that, in a way.

I really like this method. The only thing that I do is a lot of people have problems with doing it and immediately putting it in the friar. And the breading just falls off what I Learned and was taught is that? Don't immediately put it in the friar. Let it sit so it adheres to the meat thumbs up to you, man

Chicken fried steak is one of my favorite meals. You killed it with this one, I will now have to try and duplicate this recipe. It looks like it has a perfect crispiness to it and that is so important with a cfs. Good job dude, I wish I could hang out with you, you’re just my kind of bro. You’d have to make some of this for me. 🤘

I really liked this one. The last restaurant I worked at did everything like you, all from scratch, EXCEPT the chicken fried steak, which was frozen food service, and the white gravy came from a powder (well, plus sausage that we made in house). I kept begging them to do something like yours. Turns out they only kept the frozen ones around for like the three regulars that actually liked the frozen food service steaks so they never changed it. At least I can make it for myself now. Thanks!
