Go to a local farmers market if you have any near you. Google it and it will show you in your area. Best places to get real tomatoes like this, not the grocery store!

Great idea with the Thyme butter, try mixing mayo with a bit of sour cream, adds a bit of freshness and helps the sweetness of the tomatoes pop!
