Try McMaster - Car for hardware. Gotta be cheaper than Ace hardware. They usually have it to you in a couple days.

I've used coolant filters that have the same type of restriction holes.

In your restoration did you happen to run across or do you know of any kind of solenoid or safety switch that keeps the transmission/transaxle from going into gear? I was given one & while trying to load it up I got it stuck & the forward/reverse just literally stopped working. No noise, no smell, no indication that the trans burnt up or broke. I haven't had time to dive into it yet but figured I'd ask you since you went through yours. Any help would be appreciated.

We don't have that issue so it has not been looked at yet. The good news is we are going to have a brakes video very soon.

@@Oldsmob455 ok thanks for the super fast reply. I was just hoping maybe you had seen or knew about a switch that shuts the trans off. Maybe when you do the brakes you will see something. If I figure it out I'll let you know in case yours does it. Looking forward to the brake job video.

We have the same problem with the transmission not engaging. Had a service guy work on it but the problem still persists. Cannot find any information on it. Did you have any luck fixing yours?

@@brianhulse1515 I did not, I actually parked it and have not touched it since. It is still sitting in the same exact spot it was when the trans stopped working. I just haven't had the chance to pull it apart to mess with it. If I do figure it out I'll let you know and if you could do the same I'd appreciate it. Best of luck

@@hustlinghard8081 It might be related to the inching valve mechanism. A service guy came out and got ours running but then it stopped a couple of days later. Going to work on it today. Will keep you posted if we find anything useful.
