I love the concept of wrapping the bullet, but in reality, it still proves not a thing. It's just a possible theory, and circumstantial evidence. Definitely not enough to convict, let alone get a conviction of death...

Would this be possible? To wrap a smaller caliber bullet in paper so it'd fire from a larger caliber gun? I'm curious. x

Yes it is possible. Both are center fire cartridges. You could use tape also. Both methods will fill the room left over in the cylinder, aligning the hammer with the percussion cap, causing the gun to fire when the trigger is pulled. Cheers from South Carolina! Dec 11, 2022
