Still use mine. The same one I bought in high school lasted through 8 years in the Army (never failed a PT test). I'm now 54 years old, and use it every other day instead of daily. I don't look as good as the guys in their 20s from the neck up, but I look a lot better than many guys in their 20s from the neck down. Not bad for a grandpa! I owe it to Bullworker.

As a kid me and my siblings used to play with our dad's Bullworker. As a teenager I started working out with weights and forgot all about the Bullworker. When my dad passed away in 2020 I rediscovered the Bullworker and used it briefly after my weight training, as time went by I started to incorporate the Bullworker into my weight training. In 2023 I joined the Bullworker challenge to see where isometrics would take me and it got me to the point where I have ditched the weights and I use the Bullworker as my main tool alongside the Iso-bow, clubbells and mace. Nowadays I fell in love with isometrics in all it's forms, dynamic tension and muscle control

In about 1969 I ordered the Tensolator. I think it was the original Bullworker with green handles. It was very well made and it is still in near perfect condition today. I'm still a believer in isometrics and use them regularly along with weight training.

The advertising is absolutely true. I have a physique like the men here--something that I never would have believed was possible when I first started to use the bullworker many years ago. It's hard to believe that just ten minutes a day with the bullworker can transform the human body in such a dramatic way, but it makes you as strong and muscular as shown in the pictures here.

I have the bullworker 2, with cables, powermeter and green "ends". I've had it since 1971 and it still works like it did!

Yes I had the Bullworker 2 sold here in UK from 1962. It had blue handles and chords. Dave Prowse was the person promoting it and in the wallchart. Can't remember what happened to mine. Just bought a second hand one with brown handles online - condition as good as new.

I know this is 2yrs old but yes I trained with bullworker 1 & 2 from 14 to 19 back in the 70’s then moved onto bodyweight n weights... BUT! I have just bought a vintage 1970’s bullworker in mint condition in the box with all the paperwork! Amazing! Looking forward to using it! Thanks Brooks! 😉

Yeah, I had a Bullworker years ago when I was a kid. I liked it a lot. Didn't know they still make them.

I've got three versions - one from the late 60s/early 70s, one from the mid-70s and one from the early 80s. I still use the latest one.

This brings back memories. I first purchased one in the early 80s; when the X5 came out, I bought one and sold my first one. After many years I simply gave up on it and sold it on eBay. I have just purchased a Basic Bow and I’m getting back into it. I think reps are needed in addition to isometric exercises to be honest. Incidentally the ad campaigns of the time reminded me of the ‘IQ of 145 and can’t remember?’ memory system.

Saw it for the first time in a retail store, there were many of them, in about 1978 at age 12. Then, they all disappeared from the shelves. It was about $40 then and I didn't have the $. I ended up buying a 110 lbs weight set with bench for less $.

got my first one on my 15th birthday, 1964. Recently bought a new 20" and 36". Like 'em both, and they fit right in with my other Isometric tools, and of course kettlebells, clubs and maces.

Steel bow seems good for chest activation before weights or dips. Not sure if it’s something that can build muscle alone, but a good complimentary accessory and isolation tool.

@1611Kjv Bob Visit some yard sales - I found an older model in almost like-new condition recently. Also check the back of the bottom shelf in Walmart's sporting goods section for the similar Iso 7x - I found a brand new one of these there, but it was a couple of years ago.

Buy an old one. Maybe have to clean it up and use some WD-40 dry PTFE lubricant to get it working smoothly again, m8.

Works great when combined with weight lifting. By itself it's only good for maintaining muscle mass.

Is useful for building strength and muscle if used properly some of the exercises are bad for the joints the man who invented it gert kobel was a weightlifter so don't think he got his body from the bull may have helped
