I saw the first video a while back this is the cleanest best looking cabin I’ve seen on internet. I plan on building one very close to that plan for a retirement house for the wife and I . Great job!

I'm in Southern Ohio in the hills. I was going to build something basically close to that to live in. But before building it turned out I was going to have to bring my elderly mother with me so it turned into 1860 square feet one story post-frame. Radiant floor water heat that runs off one small electric water heater. 10ft ceilings. Plus wood stove. Two inches of spray foam insulation and cellulose blown in to fill the rest of the 9 inch thick walls. Energy costs are next to nothing compared to stick built house. Living the dream lol

Did you have to finish the interior or was it finished through the manufacturer? I’d assume all of the plumbing and electrical was planned ahead of time so that everything could be roughed in before the slab was poured.

Lovely cabin. Very well done and I love the space it is in. I have a question regarding your siding...is it metal siding? If so, who makes it. We have a cedar sided house and we want to replace the cedar with metal board and batten look....How does the metal siding compare with cedar? Did you build this yourself? It is really very nice and also a great idea for family visiting.

Good afternoon, so glad you like the finished product! The siding is Textured metal board and batten and is often mistaken for wood from a distance. The texture really makes it stand out.
