I propose to look at the situation pragmatically. Usyk had nothing to gain from the simulation, especially in round 5. Alexander was very confident in this fight before the incident. I would have understood if the referee had stopped the fight and counted a technical defeat for Dubois, then it could be perceived as a rip-off of Daniel. Usyk's reputation also confirms the fact that simulation is not his prerogative. But from Dubois, we see frequent dirty tricks (elbow forward, glove on the face and similar methods). Moreover, if Daniel could really win in a fair fight, he would have done it even after the ‘robbery’ ))) But Usyk finished him!
