Novikov's technique is better - his hands/fingers are being held closed by bracing his fists against his thighs; it's like a hook grip. Biby was only using his grip with no thigh assistance.

@@jonasf4065 1 Novikov won because he did a better job. 2 Bibi would have done better had he used Novikov's technique because that's how physics works. Both statements can be true at the same time without diminishing either athlete.

If not, then "Surely", your rant somehow reconciles, how Biby is the Hercules hold record holder( ya fool), or how he is atleast "on the podium" in thickbar lifts, and vertical "anvil dildo" weight lifting. Novikov can´t beat him in anything grip related. Only Brian would be better overall.

Ivan didn't even got it to his knees, Rauno got a small injury on his hamstring, Mitch came out of nowhere and looked the most comfortable with that weight. The craziest thing is that Mitch only did 420kg in training before that.
