Novikov's technique is better - his hands/fingers are being held closed by bracing his fists against his thighs; it's like a hook grip. Biby was only using his grip with no thigh assistance.

@dsmonington wtf is wrong with people. The guy is far superior in grip strength to this biby person. Period. You think all these guys weren't already advised how to grip optimally and practiced?? Please stop diminishing a top performance just because you're not a fan. It makes everyone else hate the person that you are so high on.
@dsmonington

@@jonasf4065 1 Novikov won because he did a better job. 2 Bibi would have done better had he used Novikov's technique because that's how physics works. Both statements can be true at the same time without diminishing either athlete.

@@jonasf4065 dsmonington said it. Biby has grip as good as any other elite could have. If not, then "Surely", your rant somehow reconciles, how Biby is the Hercules hold record holder( ya fool), or how he is atleast "on the podium" in thickbar lifts, and vertical "anvil dildo" weight lifting. Novikov can´t beat him in anything grip related. Only Brian would be better overall.
