By far the most simple and clearest explanation I've seen - and without sound!

I was just about to post the same comment :) isn't it nice to find a tutorial that solves your problems? Thanks Olga

Very well shown !!! I bought a sewing pattern, and the designer failed at explaining how to make a standing collar. Your video solved that problem.

I’m a beginner and you have no idea how grateful I am for this video 😭 I tried stitching this collar almost 10 times using a McCall’s pattern and it was so complicated and i threw the neckband twice. this was my last resort and it worked!!! so much easier when it’s a straight cut instead of the curve given with the pattern. I ended up drawing the neckband pattern myself using this video as a guide and it came out so beautifully!! thank you so much!

Just look at how nice and easy that sewing machine starts off. Mine takes off like it was running the 100m dash every time :)) Thank you for the tutorial madam Boyko. Love all these people that are so generously sharing their know-how with us novices!
