I just picked up an Olight with a magnetic barrell mount. The light is awesome. The local dog trapper put me onto them. Wish I'd bought one years ago. Cheers.

Mine works perfectly. Looking through my telescope I see my target at 300 meters as in broad daylight.

I trust your judgment. Are you saying at 400-600 meters I may not be able to tell what I’m looking at? I think your saying the light is on the subject but not enough light to distinguish what exactly your looking at?

Compared to other videos I have seen it does seem like its faulty! One side by side had it almost as good of a spotlight as the Warrior X turbo (shorter version of the Javelot Pro)

i have seen other videos of LEP, and i have been interested enough to the point i have already ordered this light, it should have by their stats a similar throw to a warrior pro or javelot pro that i both own and use but with much less spill obviously, either ozzie has not charged it before review, he has a faulty unit, or olight is way off with their stats... testing a LEP down a hallway not an intended use, but the fact it struggled at 200 is more concerning.

I watched some videos prior to my purchase and in the reviews the light worked much better and threw much further than 200 yards at more power than your light displayed Ozzie. Try to recharge that and do another review because if the one I ordered is anything like the light you showed I will have to return it right away for a full refund

It’s a no on the Odin turbo from me. I’ll stick with my Warrior X Turbo. I’m thinking of buying the Javelot Pro instead of the Turbo. From your reviews, I like the beam profile on the Pro.

I know this is a common comment but I think yours is faulty, I have the same light in tan and I can easily see out to 700m with out issue. I would return it as faulty or maybe fully charge it? I'm not sure

Doesn't seem to throw like the other LEP lights which are of course very tight and not much use apart from pinpointing a target. That's OK to have a bit of flood but why not just use a much cheaper LED to do it? The new Osram Flat LED's have great throw and are much cheaper than LEP technology.

So disappointed. I was going to purchase this product as it sounded perfect but after watching your review I agree not good value for money. Is there any other torch similar size etc that gives a better light you would recommend?

Totally disagree as my Odin turbo is awesome at distance through a scope. Maybe you got a faulty one. I just used the Odin turbo this school holiday and was easily taking Gerald at 200m with ease.

Seems like it's down on lumen power to me, i have a similar size torch and it's 1100 lumens on high power, and much brighter.

This is an LEP light (Lazer Exited Phosphor). Don't compare lumen specs with LED look at the Candella specs that will tell you how far the light throws. You will not get any 'spill' with LEP technology.

off topic but a warning to all Aussie shooters, yesterday police turned up on my door and issued me a licence suspension for 12 months. took all my guns and ammo, the ground for the suspension were these 5 words.. "not in the public interest". no evidence, no allegations, no incident, no nothing... police suspect my social media have something to do with it as i speak out against government corruption... they also said they are working overtime handing out suspensions for similar reasons

After your quite frankly false review about Oceania Precisions rifle which you claimed was new and unfired when it wasn't and was actually badly fouled with lead from original owner. Now you've managed to completely miss the mark on this one too. Sounds like you need to do some research and learn about the products you review before hand. LEP in a hallway... what a joke.
