Breeding and cultivating varieties with lower yields to make it easier for the machine to harvest thus increasing only profitability will compromise the Quality of Olive oil. Just the Fact that shows early harvesting from October to middle of November when the rainy season starts shows clearly those olives have not collected so much water to maximize yield, eventhough the olives can be watered. Again we see Industrial farming destroying the quality of food. Olives have been grown and perfected and tested for thousands of years. Watering and early harvesting doesn't allow Sunshine rays to do their job, to OPTIMIZE Fruit Yield and RIPENING....which will compromise Vitamin E quality of the fruit and Manganese quantity of Olives for which they are famously known. Trees do not have good being planted next to each other because the Soil is unable to feed those trees without artificial fertilizers like 46% Urea, which again compromises natural growth cycles of the fruit. Definitely this olive oil is lower quality than trees spaced enough from each other. Another modern farming disaster that will compromise peoples health. But who cares about people's health before profits and money. The world population can't all be fed with organic foods....and thus death is sped faster and so diseases and cancer.
