First of all i just came back from Korea and japan yesterday. Korea oliver young and every shop sell SAME THING BUT ALOT DIFFERENT PRICE . 10 -30% different at first i didn't know i thought everywhere will be the same. Within 5-10 mn range u can find cheaper stores. First find the product you want or like first which is hard I know. When you see tone of products and everyone buying like they are free 😅. Not every store do tax for you even same department store . In Japan they sell same price for same product. And they will claim tax free on spot. Mean u pay 90% of total price.
