14:22 Mam apne bola ki Money Market mein Govt ki jagah RBI participate karta hai. Then in 14:49 you said RBI Govt ko loan deta hai. I am unable to understand this point. If RBI and GOI are different then why RBI participating in Money market in behalf of GOI? And if they are behaving as one entity then why RBI giving loan to GOI????. Can Anyone explain plz.
