Bruh when Strickland started hammer fisting the japanese Kickboxer 😂 Strickland really has no shame, he just wants to beat this guys up. You could tell the Kickboxer was angry about it, but he was already too tired to do something at that point. He gave Strickland more damage than anyone in the UFC since the Pereira fight though 😂

He understands a loss can put him back a mile and doesn’t take unnecessary risks, may not be the best entertainment for you and me but it’s what keeps him employed and in close reach for a title shot. @Noor-dc5qo I really think I could fix his punching form with the right strength and conditioning program. A big reason why some people don't throw punches correctly is because it's energetically costly for them. If I could develop proper core, hip, and leg muscles on Sean using functional exercises that don't put on TOO MUCH bulk, I think he'd be a much better puncher. Lots of rotational and stability work, his thrusts, and trap bar deadlifts would do him well. The only thing he does to train is spar, which doesn't equate to well-rounded athleticism. Looks like he punches from a really weak base. That being said, it is effective and works over time. When I lift weights, I do it to contribute to my kickboxing speed and power, and my program has worked wonders for me in terms of the pop I now have on my shots.
