Interest rates have been at 7% which means nobody can buy a house except the super rich. And if you don’t own your home your mental health is going to get worse each year as you waste more of your lifetime money

Im shocked. Ive seen this guy twice. Once was him in a scuffle with Bobby Lee and the second was on the bad friends podcast. Hes this od looking dude i thought was a comedian but he mentioned he had just released his album and i coulnot imagine what his music would sound like do i looked it up and this is the first song ive heard and its actually pretty damn good!
