these dresses are reintepretation of Karl Lagerfeld's Chloe designs from 1970. I have no idea why the current Chloe designer let this to happen, but it doesn't bother me so much because that was the theme of the gala anyway. There were many many similar dresses at the event.

Hands down Olivia wore it the best, she looks stunning!! The dresses are pretty much the same, but they do have some differences. The black dress has a two long capes down the back, and the top part of the dress has short raglan sleeves, which the white doesn't. Instead, the white dress has the top portion like mini cape affect that drapes around her shoulder from the front to the back with no sleeves, plus she opted to wear cuffs to match the front violin embroidery detail.
