Ollama is so easy to use and update, and now thanks to docker, that just got even easier.
*Removing Ollama from docker does not delete the locals models or your data.
OLLAMA - using GPU
ollama.com/
RUN:
docker run -d -it -p 11434:11434 --gpus all --add-host=host.docker.internal:host-gateway --env=TZ=America/Chicago --restart always -v ollama:/root/.ollama --name ollama ollama/ollama:latest
Keep, change or remove as needed "--env=TZ=America/Chicago"
REMOVE:
docker stop ollama
docker rm ollama
UPDATE:
Delete the old Ollama container, then run the docker run command and the latest version will be loaded.
