@@yaronmulder1728 JumpTown really isn't for newbies at all. There are a ton of pirates hovering around, and a lot of PvPers looking to rack up kills. If you have some buddies, hop in a dropship and try to organize an entry and escape route (if you know someone with a Valkyrie and an Ursa Rover, have them park several thousand meters away out of bombing range and then drive to the facility, grab some loot and drive back. If you shut the power down it should reduce the signature, which should keep you off most active radars in the immediate vicinity.

Jumptown is awesome but I don't think I would go without a few friends. I remember attacking a Hammerhead and seeing my team (flying next to me) just get shredded. I barely survived. The few remaining people regrouped & we destroyed it. Great time.

They should just put a shield over jumptown itself, and not allow the A2 bombs/missiles to be shot inside, that way you can't use an A2 for transport, and if you have a smaller ship, your hardest battle will be fighting on the ground with ground weapons vs ships in the air above. As cool as the A2 bomb is, I really think it's OP for things like this, 'A2 inbound' means 'we all gonna die'.... any other ship, and it's 'everyone attack and catch them off guard' or something. But I admin, pvp'ing over the base is really fun... well, when it's balanced. Vanguard vs an M2 was fun, but at the same time, I could hardly get a lock.

A long time ago back when Archeage released, there was a quest that was not instanced and you had to interact with something on the ground. The community actually formed a line to get the quest done. People that didnt line up and tried to skip the line were flagged on and killed. It was beautiful.

Literally every Jumptown I've done has been like this. Very organised, and if someone does show up looking to cause mayhem, there is a group of "police" that quickly restore order.

I had a few friendly Jumptown doing with a wingman or two. Yesterday I was not the occasion we were 8, 3 in sky 4 in the ground and a support/sell ship.pretty profitable not gonna lie. had some epic battles I manage to shot down an inferno, a C2, and a anvil Centurión. The rest of the kills where assist.

My jump town experience is pretty much non existent. Had a group of 3 with a centurion and ballista covering from the ground and an A2 in the air that would bomb the place if anyone got past the ground vehicles. I'll just wait for Seige of orison to come back around

this happened once at the launch of the devision. there was a terminal at a hub location that everyone needs to access to complete quests. the problem with the terminal was that only one player could use it at a time XD

Conga lines are fantastic, but I’ve found that the Aurora is the best ship in that situation because it can only hold like 6 boxes. So you are forced to bank your earning instead of just keep loading up. The peace won’t last, so get in bank it and come back.

My friend said he grabbed a bunch of Naids and threw them into the room killed everyone. Then took all the boxes lol. When I did it the first time no ne was there and i managed to get 8 boxes . The next time it was a blood bath. We definitely need more missions for pvp action. Maybe a derelict ship in space we fight for control for some special rewards. I would love to do missions for ship recovery.

I agree. Don't trust anyone in this game. Was doing siege of prison the other day and was fighting alongside a small group who at first seemed to be friendly enough and was glad for the help, but as soon as we finished the first platform and we're waiting for the shuttle to the second platform, one of the players turned around and killed me and the two guys next to me for no reason whatsoever. JT was a real circus last month and I am staying away from there and mostikely, every other event in SC. Sad that people have to make it their mission to screw other people over.

Hopefully the a2 can have guided torpedos soon. I'm down with the Moab but they can only be used in atmosphere. It would be really cool if it had the ability to have 6 size 9 torpedoes like the retaliator. You could use the retaliator but it's nice to have the cargo space that the a2 has

Question: What community would do such a thing? Answer: Well, aside from Star Citizen I know that when World of Warcraft Classic launched there were lines like this for the bounty quests such as Hogger on the alliance side. A quest to kill a single specific named NPC and you'd have folks waiting in lines like this. Up to five folks would party up, kill him, those five would get credit, and than move on. Next five folks would party up, wait for respawn, and so on. It was great

If you sell it to replace you can make millions for several of those boxes maybe like 20 or so or maybe a little less but you want to park a little farther away like the other people did when I saw it and there's places to get bombed and they came in after that and got all their stuff but I think they brought the ship up there after I got bomb like an hour to a half hour after I got bombed and then they went away and parked and watched in the building got bombed and destroyed later like something like the next day or next morning but I do believe it was another ship another player that bombed everybody.

I was watching people negotiating an trying to keep everything civil. One guy must have been kicking off on voip an a guy typed in chat "no im not say i think your a dick" then a few mins later he said "look i think we all fundamentally agree here" so i said "im not saying i think your a dick, i think we all fundamentally agree your a dick. I gotta remember that one" i think it raised tensions a bit coz he said to me. No er what, i mean we all chilling we all vibing. I wasnt even at jumptown i was just trying keep the tension high coz i was dying laughing reading the negotiations. I think the only thing that would keep things civil is mutually assured destruction. Is 1 thinks they have an advantage chaos would reign in seconds. Cig should up the payout to make it even more unstable or decrease the value of future boxes delivered for ever box thats been delivered
