Its hard for me to watch BREAKIN AND BREAKIN 2 ELECTRIC BOOGALOO, it just brings a lump to my throat. I watch them and am brought back to the time I first saw them. I was new to LOCKING and seeing Shabba Doo go at it was like nothing I ever saw. His moves were so CRISP AND CLEAN, and the power behind them were precise and right on target. Like right now my heart hurts just knowing that these movies and the videos are the only connections we have that remains our history to his world . Then I am stopped and reminded that yeah we do have these but Shabba Doo left us with more than that, he left us with all the STUDENTS,HE PASSED HIS KNOWLEDGE ONTO WHO STILL PERFORM AND BATTLE ALL OVER THE WORLD, SO MANY GREAT LOCKERS THAT CARRY ON HIS LOCKING AND TRADITIONS . I FEEL ITS ABOUT TIME FOR ANOTHER MOVIE TO BE MADE CARRYING ON THE WORK AND STYLE. IF ITS GOT A GOOD SCRIPT THE TIME IS RIGHT IT WOULD WORK. THERE ARE ENOUGH FOLLOWERS OF THESE FIRST 2 MOVIES THAT WOULD SUPPORT ONE IF IT HAD THE RIGHT SCRIPT AND IT WASN'T CORNY. I HEARD BOOGALOO SHRIMP(MICHAEL CHAMBERS), talking about a script he was banging around on , kind of a Karate Kid type where he plays a Mr. Miyagi Character that takes on a student teaching them. I know that Shrimp isn't just into Locking , that he Pops, does Animation, etc. But again with a good clean script and the right Dancers it could work. But until then i will have to go back to again and watch these 2 movies that i love dearly..
