Great video Ollie! I’m a first year medic studying medicine abroad in Bulgaria. We get taught by dissection mostly through private consultations with cadavers in the labs. I can definitely say everyone has their way of learning anatomy, I personally prefer using virtual methods. Great video 🙏🏿

Thanks a lot for doing this video. I spent my first year online and all our anatomy labs were virtual. I was a bit worried that I wasn’t getting the best education.

Very interesting Ollie thanks, I’m looking forward to anatomy labs but a little nervous because as a nurse (med student in September) we saw no cadavers in training, or since, except patients we were looking after that had died that shift and the bodies were washed respectfully and prepared to be taken away, cutting into one would feel wrong to me, but I will have to get over that! We would talk to them too as if they were alive out of respect, telling them what we were about to do, I would feel weird cutting into someone and not telling them first 😆 but I would look very weird if I talked to the cadaver I guess haha.

I'm a graduate medical student in the UK (not Warwick). Anatomy is the bane of my life

@melissa Rogers Southampton. I just don't like anatomy, it's a mixture of lecture and face to face but it's taught fine, just personal preference

We should start wearing unironed white coats bc it is such a burden to iron it. And wear it with confidence!
