Great tutorial Ollie, thanks a lot! Would you be able to do a tutorial on routing the sequencer from Pigments to other synths?

Nice. haven't really thought that you can actually make sequencer as a modulation source.

This is very cool, stuff like that i like the content, you could midi out it to a granular or ableton’s granular with some vocals

Wouldn't having individual control of each lead be better than trying those complex modulations to make it one patch? Loved the videos btw 🔥 absolutely killer stuff✨

I was thinking the same thing since I don't have this vst and it's 199$

But this is a very interesting vst. A lot of options here.

Indeed! But which DAW do you use? In Ableton it is quite easy to realize the Q&A in an Instrument rack. Anyway, Pigments was my first VST and I never hat any regrets buying it. The 4 different engines, the modulators and the very well structured GUI. It is 100 € very often. If you really want it, only wait for a few weeks. It will be on sale, certainly.

You could record the midi, turn it to audio and seperate the audio manually, or double the audio track and process each track differently. I like this idea for resampling, turning complex patterns to audio then putting them into a sampler.

I like how you can tell in his voice that he is trying to stay humble and on point with the lesson... Yet.. Ollie knows he just threw down a MASSIVE banger and is having a bit of an issue containing his excitement... This video is like watching the world cup final and witnessing an all star player pull out a bag of tricks leading up to the winning goal! It takes mastery of your craft and skill to make it look that easy.... Hats off my friend. Thank you for sharing the knowledge..

Hi Ollie! Great Tutorial as always! It gives a very good introduction in the Pigments Sequencer features and how to modulate via Velocity! Great! Unfortunately exactly this example is hard to rebuild cause I don't have a Wavetable with that special timbre as used in engine 2. Do you have it anywhere for download or can you show how to create sth. similar? Thanks anyway!

Holy moly! This is one of the best if not THE BEST video tutorial I've ever seen. Most producers would teach this on a paid class, but you just showed us yet another way of using pigments with mastery and to create such cool sounds! Thanks Ollie, you are awesome!
