You can make a regular cake, such as lemon, chocolate or vanilla, and it keeps well being frozen, for up to 6 weeks or more. In culinary school we would prepare and freeze all of our cakes, and they were really delicious! Thanks for sharing, it was very informative! 😊🙌🏽🙌🏽❤️🔥

You are welcome. Dowelling is done to give structure to Cakes so it doesn't shift, tilt or collapse when stacked. You put in dowel rods in your cakes after layering to hold them all together.

The baking timeline appears too long for me but if that works for you, it's fine. I explained mine in the video which you can adopt if you're fine with it.
