You're most welcome Seyi, thanks for your kind feedback. It depends on the number of tiers but if it's for a single tier 12" pan, 1kg would do; 500g for each part that would make up the pillow.

Hello Ty, no, not per kg per se. You need to do a costing of what it would take to make a 250g or 500g recipe depending on which works for you, taking note of both direct and indirect costs and extras you may incur.
