Great video I think there might be a helpful solution of this kind of problem if everyone who face this kind of fraud if they make a refund complain against the company. And if they clearly mentioned it happened because of comnies security check policy how they can allow a duplicate or froud product and why the first time call is not connect with customers service center to describe products purchase process. And why they are not asking any kind of security money like Wong or some other things if everyone made a complaint against the company it might be possible that there will be some abantment will happen in the policy of company. I have faced this today and when I called up to customers care no they asked me to report a complaint in local police station they are helpless they can only do one thing and that's they can remove the product and ban the customer when I asked if the user come again with a different no email ID and different products then what the executive has no answer of that so please if it is possible to you please make a video how to raise a complaint against the company. Who is not taking customer seriously.
