Hi Lebe.. so I have been following you now for over a month and love your workouts, your knowledge and dedication. My question would be when you do your demonstrations... Is it possible that you can give us an indication of the the weight of the kettlebells you are using for each exercise? I I'm interested in following you exactly however I do realize I may not be able to use the exact same weight but it would give me an opportunity to use it as a goal.... Thank you again

Easy, just look at the color.Color code is standard for competition kb 8 kg / 17.6 lbs - Pink. 12 kg / 26.4 lbs - Blue. 16 kg / 35.2 lbs - Yellow. 20 kg / 44.0 lbs - Purple. 24 kg / 52.8 lbs - Green. 28 kg / 61.6 lbs - Orange. 32 kg / 70.4 lbs - Red. 36 kg / 79.2 lbs - Grey.

I know I am not ready for this one yet, but this month I am trying the 10 KB swings, followed by 10-1 push ups. Gregory, what do you think? Is this a feasible workout structure? I am currently doing this 3-4 times per week and with a 40lb adjustable KB; I have two, but I want to start off slow and build from there. Your thoughts? Thank you as always for you highly informative videos and workout routines.

Looks great, just puts me into the tight spot of having to think about getting a second 16 kb or a 20 one… And another question came to me due to your 2-3 times a week workout recommendation: Would you suggest some cardio (e.g. jump rope) and stretching on the days between? Keep it up!

Sled push, pull if you have space. Light macebell workout on rest days will spark you kettlebell training. It boost your recovery and make kettlebell more adaptable and safe to body. Don't underestimate jump rope. If you have one must do it before every kettlebell workout. If you want to stretch, do static stretching routine not dynamic. All the above drastically improve your performance. Hope you like it. 😃😃😃

Lebe ... what weight are these KBs. Maybe give the color code for future reference eg Orange is 20kg purple is 16 kg... also at 59 and 15 years of playing with kbs i find myself narturally doing this sort of stuff ... But without any clock focus.. Good stuff please keep it up..

Looks great. I'm currently doing EMOM complexes like this one 4x per week 20 minutes per session. 2 easier sessions and 2 harder sessions. Its amazing. I feel like these style of workouts have opened a bottle of vitamin T.

I can't do the squat with the kettlebell overhead , no matter how light the weight.

Can’t see the difference btw those half snatch and regular snatch. 😮

For the half snatch, you go from the top position to a rack position before continuing. For the full snatch, you go straight from overhead back to between your legs.
