this is probably the best video film this channel has produced, great fun to be able to watch a whole session, no strange cuts and angles where it is impossible to know if athletes did 4 reps or 12 reps because it is cut all the time, no clipping is the golden rule. Another big plus is that you could hear what everyone was saying, no unnecessarily loud music. This was fantastic, really fun and inspiring. It would be great if you could follow more on several sessions, where the athletes train different muscle groups.

Cool seeing all these guys work out together but not sure why its being treated like a little competition, its just a workout and 3 of them are depleted and Chris isnt, of course hes going to be stronger, pushing the depleted guys to match Chris in off season is reckless and inconsiderate. Muita gente crítica o ramon; mas muitas pessoas pensa que é falta de interesse dele de não aprender inglês, a verdade é que ele eu percebi ele tem o mesmo problema que eu em dificuldade de aprender algo. O meu caso é a matemática, eu percebi que por mais esforço que ele bote nisso, ainda sim é uma barreira pra ser superada e não é tão fácil mesmo quando você tem os melhores do ensino do seu lado. E principalmente na infância quando você tem uma educação medíocre, e também tem pais com geneticamente QI baixos por trabalhar em lavouras etc. o caso acontece com luva de pedreiro também, muitos brasileiros criticam ele por esse fator mas a maioria dos brasileiros não falam inglês. O mal do brasileiro é querer dar opinião baseada nos outros ou então em algo que ele nem tem certeza só comentar pra ser um grande babacao querendo dar lição de moral!

Auch wenn er gewichtstechnisch meistens noch etwas Luft hat, ist der Spielraum nach oben nicht so extrem hoch, dass er damit den optischen Unterschied zu ramon, wesley und cbum wegmachen kann. Ich glaube auch nicht, dass es nur an den etwas dickeren Beinen von Urs liegt. Wahrscheinlich ist es tatsächlich die Genetik, die das schönen runde Aussehen weniger unterstützt... dennoch finde ich urs extrem cool und er ist ein top Athlet
