Nick has always had the best form of pretty much any pro. I may not be a fan of his structure, but I have so much respect for his training style and intensity. He's prioritizing the contraction from the first rep to the last. Others may say they’re focusing on the contraction, but he's the only guy that actually consistently displays that in his training. He's squeezing the hell out of the body part he's training; not just at the top of the movement, but throughout the entire range of motion until the set is done.

What is your definition of a cheating rep? Mine is when another fellow like your training partner helps you finish the rep. And not being blind as a bat I saw that happen numerous times while Nick was lifting Usually the help came only from the left side but it was there almost off camera. Nick Walker is my favorite open body builder because even though his waist massively holds him back, you can tell by the way he trains that he has tenacity and extreme will power.
