I never comment on videos but felt like for this one I needed to. Got into bodybuilding few years and your channel was the one of the ones I found first. From what I’ve seen your one of the most humble in this industry and just stay true to yourself. It’s inspiring seeing how hard you work and the mental struggles you go through with prep and physical ones with your auto immune disorder but still winning back to back Olympia’s. It’s helps me a lot to watch your videos because I almost didn’t make it because of an eating disorder and being extremely low weight. Mostly recovered but still I know it probably will never fully go away. Trying to gain weight has been back and forth because of this but your messages you have in life and how you deal with your struggles have helped me to never give up and keep fighting. Fitness and training is my passion above anything else so trying to get started some way in the industry because if I can help even one person like you have with people who follow you, I see that as a success. From a fellow Canadian keep working hard! Improvements you made for this year were awesome and I’m sure you’ll win many more titles to come!
