Who is this commentator? Ha ha ha ha ha ha, he said "Galen Rupp was able to hurdle", but Rupp was in front of the guy who fell. Later in this video the commentator says "Rupp is on the 5th place", but he was not, he was in that moment on 7th place.

I did 13:18 in SantaBarbara on the hard pack WR un certified, I did 13:28 in Carlsbad n the masters race to beat the defending (official) WR of 13:30 (I was interfered with on the course for about fifteen seconds by a national team coach, he said "that ought to do it" "but I still broke it".then the open race did thirteen flat, the time I was shooting for though I think I would have done a thirteen ten given that it was on the road; without any interferences. But hay I got flowers, .and I ripped another time in Solana beach that made Mark Allen cry.
