I had such a bad experience twice during evocation and invocation of the spirits of the Nuctemeron. That put me off working with any spirits except angels and saints, aside from my ancestors.

What system did you use. I was just thinking about working with them. I have used the Gallery of Magick books and at first had nightmares using the Master Protection Ritual, with angels, nonetheless.

The Olympics are found the Arbatel of Magic. Very famous (and pious!) grimoire.

@c-style3653 yeah those rituals are derived from that grimoire. I think GOM lifts from NAP so it's derivative. Either way, just awful experience and I had to do a lot of cleansing and protection work afterwards. You couldn't pay me to contact anything but angels and my ancestors after that

Hey Balthazar, thanks for sharing; this is fantastic work! 👍 I have a question: According to the Arbatel, spirits are supposed to be called during the first hour of their ruling day for evocation. Does this also apply to practices like candle magic and spells where one invokes the spirit to make a petition or you think is just fine to do it in any other hour that corresponds to the spirit? I.e sunset hour

The first hour of that day is always the hour of the planet in question. I recommend the day and the hour of the planet but honestly I feel like people obsess over the timing and then neglect everything else. Better to have everything else on point and do it on the wrong day than the right day with a tea light and glitter.

Great Video blthzr, thanks for sharing! When it comes to magick do you find The Archangels and Planetary Olympic Spirits will refuse to help if you attempt to coerce or manipulate someone into doing something in your favour?

There are some people who say that they will refuse to help if what you're doing seems morally wrong, but I know that in Magick what the spirits deem Ethical or not is very different from our human perception.
