@@psiman84 hahah oh no worries you’ll be fine 😊 I know It’s a lot to take in, my best suggestion would be to be in Aperture mode and just exposure compensate. Maybe even go with auto iso if you plan at shooting in the evenings 🤔 I can write up some base settings if you’d like?

Thanks. I like the photo of the sunrise with the sun slightly to the right of the tree. I think it'll be more interesting than the sun directly behind the tree.

Afterwards I do appreciate the sun to the right as well actually but you know the kind of feeling when you somewhat have planned something and then it doesn't go through, you'll always be a little disappointed 😅

Thanks Jimmy another very interesting video. Personally I liked the images of the trees in the wood and the lighting.

Ive been able to do hand held high resolution mode as low as 1/15 before giving me failure. I don’t hardly ever artifacts but you definitely get better low light performance

As far as I can tell, HR and HHHR files don't really work in Adobe. I used to think that Adobe software just took one of the several images the HR modes produce and added more pixels to create a file with the pixel dimensions of a larger file, but with no more actual detail. This, however, doesn't seem quite accurate, as the Adobe-processed files show much less noise in the shadow areas, indicating that Adobe at least averages the exposures. Otherwise, though, I see no added detail. I am unable, for example, to make out marginally legible print any better in the HR files than in a single-exposure file. Sharpening, even as recommended in the video, gives an illusion of more detail, but no actual improvement. Things are different, in my experience, with the OM Workspace app. I can see a definite boost in resolution there in the HR images. Unfortunately, OM Workspace, at least on my pretty-fast Macs, is maddeningly slow-slow to the point that I have come close to force-quitting the program in the belief that it had locked up. For now, I have given up on HR.

you mean that they dont work in lightroom?
@BarryCarlton4 ай бұрын
@@MrDopeddoped Not in my experience. As I said, LR seems to do *something* with the file, as there's definitely less noise than in a single exposure. That doesn't seem to translate into higher resolution, however.
