Coneflower was recently named the #1 ice cream shop in the country! And you need to try their basil white chocolate ice cream in the summer. It is phenomenal!

Thank goodness we never took Anthony to that sugar palace before he was 10. His sugar binge wouldn’t let him sleep for years! Wait…original Reubens? Whoa. Nebraska LOVES its volleyball. They had 90,000 for a college volleyball game. Farm to cone…love that concept. 🍦

I really wish I’d gone to Omaha before I stopped (mostly) eating meat. I used to LOVE reubens! except I liked pastrami, not corned beef, which I think they might have taken issue with there. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We can see how there's no appeal if you eat beef - which we did for way more years than not- but kudos to meat-heavy Omaha for having so many great meatless options for us. We didn't feel it was a waste at all, we loved the city AND the state! 😃

It's absolute blasphemy to eat a vegan rueben. What a shame. Like I get it you wanna show off variety and being inclusive but you could've went anything else for that. Showing a vegan rueben is an insult to nebraskans
