Yes if the car is not in your name, then NOC required from the owner.

No there is no insurance shops before the counter, you have to give money to the immigration office he will issue your Orange Card (Insurance)

Hi , Ani and Kaya . Thanks for this informative video . I am travelling next month , wants to to few things . Do we need travel insurance (COVID) to travel Oman and what about car insurance. As you already informed 100aed for 5days but if I want to take for more days can I take insurance? Will wait for your response.

Travel insurance is not mandatory. But if you want to take for your own safety that’s totally up to you. We didn’t take any travel insurance. If you want to stay for more than 5 days inside Oman, then I will suggest you to buy Oman insurance for 1 month you can get in less than 250 AED. Just search in insurancemarket.ae or any other insurance website. Wishing you happy journey in advance.

Visa on arrival milega, but border me apko uske liye 2-3 hrs time zada lagega, but agar apne visa pehle se le liye to 10-15 mins me ho jayega sirf. Oman insurance mandatory, immigration me hi mil jayega, 5 din ka 100 AED. Company car hai to NOC is must.

Single entry visit visa holders cannot travel to Musandam. Loan car not a problem, Mulkiya should be in your name.

There is a list of categories on theirs website, if your visa category is on the list, then you can apply for 35A oman tourist visa. 50 AED only. 28days.

If your UAE visa is single entry visa, then once you exit from UAE to Oman you have to obtain a new UAE visa again. And if your UAE visa is multiple entry visa then no issue. Btw you have to take Oman visa also to enter Oman which is very easy to get.

Sorry for late reply, I went during Ramadan, Average 3 stars hotel price was 100AED TO 200 AED / night. I took a hotel for 3 nights, costed me 330 AED in total. Grocery & Fuel is cheaper compared to Dubai. Food is cheaper than Dubai. Entrance fee in famous places like, museums, parks etc also between 20 AED to 40 AED

Ofcourse car insurance chahiye. Even for 5 minutes if you enter Oman then you need car insurance. If you just exit UAE & From no man’s land you come back to UAE without entering Oman then no need insurance.

UAE ka resdisent visa walo ko, easily oman visit visa milta hai. But agar UAE ka tourist visa hai to Oman ka tourist visa milega but agent se apply kar lijiye.

It’s like Entry stamp, but little bit bigger in size, in that stamp they will write with pen, the validity of the visa.

You can’t cross border with Rent A Car. Until they give you special permission. Only few car rental companies have this facility.

Oman ka visa on arrival for Indian passport holders ke liye v hai. But you need to have hotel booking & exit flight ticket. Because your Dubai visa is single entry, once you exit to Oman you can’t re enter to Dubai. But if you take multiple entry uae visa. Then no problem. But you must have a bus ticket back to Dubai.

Yes You need NOC, I don’t know exact procedure for NOC. But you have to check with any typing center, they will guide you better on this.
