Trevor Noah needs more credit for being a fantastic interviewer. This was next-level shit. Trevor was mature, concise and asked ACTUAL RELEVANT questions. He didn't attack her or push his own agenda onto her. MAC B I do know the difference. An interviewer is having a conversation that has to flow; whilst the interrogator is just extracting info. both however are supposed to get to the truth and read between the lines to understand the nuances of what the person is saying vis-a-vis their past record rather than accepting all statements for face value. The interviewer is just a little more suave in doing it . Trevor did well but failed to challenge this woman's version of the truth

As a talk show Host, Trevor understands that the guest is there to promote/sell a product. In Omarosa’s case, she’s peddling a book, about her behind the scenes experience of working with Trump. She is presenting herself as a “whistleblower”. Trevor is allowed to ask, about the tapes that she’s releasing to help promote her book and the reaction from the White House/the President. The Journalist all come across like they haven’t read the book, because they start interrogating Omarosa about things that she covers in the book. She’s there to promote the book and it’s fair game to discuss the President Trump reactions/tweets and the tape recordings that she’s released.

+ missjessie1985 Her laughter seems weird and fake to me. I have no doubt that Omorosa knows exactly what she's doing, but I do not forgive her for defending the man she's now turned against. She let herself be used, claiming the man is "racial, not racist," and now that her time in this White House is over she's changing her tune and admitting what all of us knew from the start. She was smart to make the tapes as they prove that what she claims is true - including that she was offered a payout to keep quiet - but there's no way I'm buying her book or contributing to the self-serving mess she's made. As far as I can see, Omorosa and Trump are two peas in a self-interested pod. They deserve each other, and that is not a compliment to either of them.

The only reason Trevor doesn't make "eye contact with her" is that he is reading his questions from a teleprompter, like he always does at every one of his interviews! Trevor has witnessed much difficulty in his life in South Africa, he is likely not one to be intimidated by anyone!

Say whatever you want about Omarosa, but she has a sharp mind. Never gets rattled by anyone who interviews her. I liked how Trevor interviewed her and didn't attack her like Savanna on the Today show tried, but of course Omarosa was not having it and took control of the the interview.

LiliSimon, actually Omarosa was really rude in that interview and wanted to go off on her own tangents. Savannah had limited time and needed succinct answers.

Karian Forde she's trying to take him down... that's different from the aimless coverage the media gave him during the campaigns
@KarianForde6 жыл бұрын
nze ibekwe i look forward to his downfall as much as anyone but she’s a hypocrite. She’s exactly the same as the administration she’s trying to “take down”. She saw opportunities for herself and now that they’ve been ripped away, she wants to be the black avenger? I’m glad she took receipts though.
@DirkAustin6 жыл бұрын
Exactly. She wrote it specifically to now profit of off her time at the white house. Fired now needs money, such a dumb fool she is.

Dawson Breek the Surfer Guy problem is he's a rating "gold". No news outlet will ignore him. But he got 2 billion dollars of free advertising because if he farted we had to know about it.

We don't have to like her... But... It seems to me that she is telling the truth. And has irrefutable information to support her claim. Plus it takes courage to admit you were wrong about someone and even more courage to do what's right. I respect this woman.

Wesley Nicholls she lied about quitting back in January now she said she’s fired. I can’t trust her
@wesleynicholls6 жыл бұрын
I see your point... And I can agree with you. At the same time, I believe she realized along the way the president was dirty but at the same time, she had the most to loose. So she kept quite and gathered the evidence to support her claims. I will say this though, Omarosa is not a saint by any stretch of the imagination but most definitely, a brilliant and very gutsy woman. She knew she wasn't the most credible, and getting people to believe would be a challenge. So now we don't have to believe her but we can believe the recorded evidence.

Wesley Nicholls i appreciate and respect her intelligence, but that's about it... she's no different than the man she's profiting off of...

J A I also recall an interview in February when she discussed her (Firing)resignation, but to be fair she was playing her dismal safe due to her pending employment and future affiliation with the White House. They offered her $15,000 a month for her silent dismissal in which she refused.

She's a liar!... I don't believe a word that comes out from her mouth...let's hear those tapes she claims she has...she doesn't want to talk about it cause it's a lie!...It's just publicity for her dumb book!

Trevor Noah is a comedian and one of the best journalists at the same time. You can tell he does his due diligence before a guest come on his show. Excellent interview

This was a good interview. Questions asked, answers given without the interviewer talking over anyone. It was a laid back type of session.

Okay before I watch this I just want to go on record as saying I'm here for Trevor NOT her! I have no respect for this woman, only a few months ago she was saying Trump was the best thing for this country but now that she got fired he is a racist and we are suppose to believe and respect her... Whatever!

@IamBrob6 жыл бұрын
Gabri'el Alexander she doesn't deserve respect but bes believe the things she claimed. She has proof that the white house confirmed as far as the authenticity of the recordings. All hell is about to break loose and although she's a shitty person, like trump, he might actually be impeached. Hindsight can definitely bite you in the ass and I hope as her being a black woman, she's being truthful about that. I'm a white woman and what he's done and said is blatantly racist

She is ambitious, but based on what she did on the apprentice and how she acts within the administration vs when she got let go- dont be fooled. Shes for herself and herself alone. She was the one who talked about DTs the enemies list. Got nothing to do with color and everything to do with character. I dont like trump in the slightest and I'm very suspicious of her. If she got a higher level job would she have done this? Probably not.
