I found you today because I sent my mom the 50 car accessories for my car I bought this week, and omg I am so glad I found you, you are so satisfying to watch and I love you! Can someone please explain to me the point of quilting fabric. Like I totally think it looks cute but I'm wondering if there's like a practical something to it? I'm a crocheter so ik nothing

It makes it more sturdy so it'll last longer, sometimes its a style choice but it probably is to make it strong enough to survive in a washer and dryer so the fabric doesn't stretch out of shape ruining the fun fabric
