Hi Katie. I love gel nails but no matter what product I use I end up having a severe reaction. Could you maybe suggest something that is hypoallergeni? Love the channel.

You may need a product that is HEMA free. However once an allergy is developed it may never go away. 😢 One of the most common ingredients in gel products that someone can be allergic to is HEMA.

Ok, I have a question similar to the comment who is allergic to gel. My grandmother (Mimi) loves gel polish. However she can't wear it. It keeps popping off within a day. Would this also be a HEMA allergy? We don't get our nails done, we do our own nails. She keeps asking why the gel pops off so fast

That would not be caused by an allergy. Usually from incorrect prep of the natural nail ☺️
