Sick amp! But again let’s take a moment and appreciate the awesomeness the OX Box brings to the table. I‘m blown away every day I use it for recording… just epic

I love this damn thing, wish i could own one. Using the granophyre plugin with Otto Audio Cabs IR pack and its pretty fucking killer. Nice video, Ray!

I believe the master is power amp intensity and then the level is basically a decibel attenuator U can push the master to get that insane tone without blowing out your bedroom walls.

Sounds really good, like reallllllly good! Has the perfect middle ground between chunky and tight...... Looks mean too! But which cab did you use? Or did you use an IR? Any overdrives in front?

Omega makes killer amps, were you using any drives with it?

That’s pretty bad ass! And a good guitar choice because slipknot, Nick plays omega amps, I think!

Go head to head with a KSR Orthos, Juno, or Artemis, etc. I would love to hear a demo. I use the KSR Ceres boosted with a Horizon Devices Precision drive then a Bogner Harlow loop after the Ceres and before the Fryette 50w power amp in stereo with the Omega Neural DSP plugin for mixes. I love it for quad tracked monstrous guitar tones.

Not sure if it’s the EMGs or the amp but that’s a great starting point for a killer Zakk Wylde -esque tone.
@jameshickson81742 жыл бұрын
EMG's zakk uses marshal styles if im not mistaken. this amp may be based off a marshall but I would have no clue.
@TylerJohnstonGuitar2 жыл бұрын
@@jameshickson8174 Yeah I’ve never heard of the amp brand, but whatever it is, the pinch harmonics sound great.
@benirott90682 жыл бұрын
For the tone that i prefer i would probably try to either make a dual amp rig with slight delay and 808 infront, or at least try to work something out similar tothat. Thanks for bringing my attention to this amp never heard of it before🤘

The amp having only 1 channel is what would break the deal for me. It does high gain very well, but if I'm going to drop the cash for a tube amp I want it to at least be able to handle cleans as well.

Master saturates the power tubes. Level is just for the loudness of the amp. Never recognized while playing the amp?

I see Omega amps from time to time and they seem to be a different model each video but also not in production anymore. They might be a little too good at iterating on their designs.

@@o-meg-a6043 Thank you for the explanation! I understand the world of product name trademarking is hazardous, and having to decide if technical skus need their own names is a delicate balancing act. Your circuits have a great distinct sound and look that I hope you can grow your following.
