I want to disagree so hard with this because I want to validate a purchase I'm about to make (Marshall 2525H with a Two Notes Captor X), but the fact that pros are going full digital (or hybrid in some cases) is a clear sign that that's where the industry is going. I just saw Myles Kennedy last weekend and he was playing through 2 Diezel Pauls, which sounded massive. I only found out yesterday that he was using one of them as a power amp for a Tone Master Pro, where he ran a Marshall JCM800 model. Still sounded massive tho.

i have mine, i love it, i have been a tube guy, pedals etc. tried this one, just for fun, money is not a concern to me, i bought too many s*** already lol. look cool it was hyping 😂, im still using it and been keeping me away from my tubes now for 2 weeks, its the convenience for me, tone and feeling its there. i only play bed room. it works for me thats whats important.

Didn’t like it. Sent it back to Sweetwater. I thought it had a really cold unforgiving tone and feel. I couldn’t get rid of that characteristic in any of the presets or my own captures of plugins so I threw in the towel and returned it. I wanted to like it. Kinda bummed out but oh well. I’ll stick with plugins.

At the same price as the mini QC, Im better off buying the new Headrush Flex prime with all its bells and whistles.
