So if an Omega Watch can be faked this well, why not just buy a fake one nowadays for the fraction of a price? If they look and work the same. I am saying that as watch lover. But just like diamonds now can be manufactured, watches are becoming less special. Even Rolexes are made in mass production with created scarcity.
@Air0utt_Ай бұрын
The superfakes are SUPER easy to get. On instagram and TikTok and other sources they try to make super fakes to be mythical , or that they’re $1,000+ . You can literally get a super fake sub for $350 - $400 including shipping.
@yashnigam6Ай бұрын
For the same reason why you shouldn’t pirate movies or music, even if it’s easy and the quality is the same. Because a lot of work went into the design and engineering of that watch, and instead of paying the people who did the work, you’re paying fraudsters who ripped off the work. And if you like watches but don’t want to pay a lot, there are plenty of cheaper brands who make nice watches. Buy one of those and support actual artists and engineers, not scammers.
@pedroafonso8297Ай бұрын
The watch is not technically fake! its a real omega! they just did some modifications to the parts to make it look like a new reference! Its like putting a M sticker on a BMW, its not a fake bmw, its just not a M bmw

Exactly, I've been thinking this way for quite some time now. If they charge you a watch like 20k and someone from China can make 99% same watch for 500usd, to the point that even experts looking and opening a watch have hard time telling the difference, why not go for a Chinese one? Just got myself incredible replica of Bvlgari octo and i love it! Im not faking, if someone asks me i tell them straight away its a replica and a damn good one.

Patrick, I have a business plan that covers this PERFECTLY. My main problem is how to fund the development ETHICALLY. I could easily launch a meme coin to fund development 10 times over, but that's not my vibe. I don't even really want to issue shares or its equivalents, as I'd be promising gains. This is not a get rich quick scheme but a global value based economy with better features than you would believe. I'm blessed to have received this plan. Now it's my burden to launch it... I'd like to self fund, but it's easily mid 6 figure to kick it off and there will be a lot more to grow and perfect it. When I launch, it's going to affect everyone's life in luxury and investing, retail and banks. HOW to ethically fund a blockchain project that reaches way further and fixes money itself as it was in centuries past?

Rolex already does something like that! They have a program were they sell second hand Rolexs and they come just like a new one (witch certificate of authenticity, new card, warranty etc). But is more expensive then buying a new watch (because they aren't available) and more expensive then buying in the so called grey market And I believe you can send a AP or a patek watch to the factory through an AD (authorized dealer) and they inspect the watch and provide a certificate of authenticity, but from what I heard, its expensive

The Watch Dial was Damaged. The Hr Hand Was leaving a Mark on the Dial and It is no way Their " Expert" Watch Makers couldn't have seen it. In fact, it was Visible via the Necked Eye. Since I purchased it on Chrono24, I Returned it because Luxury Bazaar wouldn't Explain or even Contact me Regarding the "Not as Advertised" piece of Crap They Sold me.
