I love mine, the best looking version of this watch, by far. Never liked the wave dial. The dial on this is a glorious inky black. It is so comfortable on the wrist, you forget you're wearing it...

I own this watch. I bought it when it initially came out. The watch is very durable and still looks new. I have no regrets purchasing this watch. It’s also unique in that it doesn’t have the waves on the dial.

Yes, it was worn for 2 years solid, by an auto mechanic who never took it off and exposed it to abrasive sand and dust on a regular basis. He walked back and forth to work through a desert, uphill both ways.

Hi Matthew Shafran, I don't know if I'm allowed to state the store on this medium - it starts with Joma. My experience was fine and no problems/worries. We must have similar taste in watches. I had a black faced Datejust (36mm) for years - I loved that watch My current duo is also similar to your choice, however opposite dial colors - the black SMPc is my sport watch and I have an Omega Aqua Terra with "Skyfall" blue dial for dress.

Doug Hindman very similar tastes! I have an oris aquis I purchased from jomashop and while it is a fantastic watch, I just think it's a little too heavy/big. I was originally torn between the aquis and smp...now I am going to try and flip the aquis to fund the smp. Thanks for you assistantance!

So far, there are no scratches on the crystal on mine, but it can definitely be scratched easier than the sapphire underneath.

Thanks for the vid. Would you believe i got me a Speedmaster Moonwatch hesalite last February only to sell it to a friend just to get this Seamaster 300 Pro ceramic in Blue. Many said i must be crazy. Maybe i am, but the joy of looking at how glossy the dial/bezel is remarkable. Superb at keeping time, knowing its has a coaxial mechanism inside makes it feel more special. All your points in this vid is spot on!! Hail to our Bondwatch!! Oh & been a James Bond fan since i was a kid in the 80's.

Trying the watch before buying is always wise think to do, in that case, maybe 43,5mm Planet Ocean would be better choice or maybe something from Breitling SuperOcean series and TAG makes most of the Aquaracers in 43mm. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Beautiful watch, I've had mine for about six months, and I love it. Got the micro adjustment clasp too, makes the Watch ten times better, especially in the summer months when your wrist tends to swell up. There's just one thing that bothers me, perhaps you've also experienced it. The AR coated crystal on this Watch attracts a lot of dust and smudges, which is not a problem, the problem is that is really hard to clean. I mean with my tag heuer if the crystal gets dirty, I wipe it easily with my shirt or a microfiber, but with the Seamaster, it just doesn't wipe clean. The only thing that wipes it clean is some AR coating spray, but I'd like to be able to just wipe it clean with my shirt or a wipe. Let me know if you have this issue, perhaps you have a solution

Sent mine in for servicing.....I miss it so much! Didnt know it was supposed to be serviced every two years...shortly after two years my bezel broke...and now its being serviced.

2 years is very short period, co-axials are good for 7 years service period, I think that Omega recommends 3 or 4 years. Thanks for watching!

Omega co axials are closer to 10 years with servicing, co axials have less friction so longer time between services

Fantastic video.... that “black” bezel looks like a very dark grey. In every video I’ve watched, it seems like a dark grey, not true black, is that the case or just an optical illusion. To be honest I would prefer it to be a dark grey since the face is already all black.

The new Omega Seamaster diver 300 was on my wishlist until I compared it to the watch I bought instead of this Omega. The one thing it made me not to decide to go with this Omega SM 300 in blue was that I found it, although pretty, too glossy.

I bought the Tudor Black Bay Heritage blue bezel. For me it is more easy on the eyes and I love the symmetry. I have it for a few weeks, wear it when I am free of work and, luckily, I work part-time so I have it on my wrist at least 4 whole days a week. It is a great looking watch.

I saw both the black and the blue version of this, and let me tell you, the blue is nothing compared to this black one. And i always tend to prefer blue watches like my 2 beloved breitlings. But this, in my opinion is one of the greatest looking black faced watches out there. I'd take this over the blue even if the price is higher a couple hundreds for the same condition.

Have you seen this Watch with the 1610/930 bracelet? It’s looks stunning. Like you, I like the bond bracelet, but after seeing my friends Seamaster ceramic on the 1610/930 bracelet, I had to order one from Omega. This is the speedmaster like bracelet that was also made for the Seamaster 2254, but for some reason was discontinued. With the ceramic bezel, and the laquered dial, the 1610 looks stunning on this Watch. It really increases the watche’s beauty and aesthetics. Yes, I think that aesthetically it looks really good on Speedmaster bracelet, but for me personally "Bond bracelet" is integral part of classic Seamaster 300M look, so I will keep mine on the stock bracelet. Maybe one day I will get blue version and put that one on Speedmaster bracelet. Thank you for watching!

Have you bought it through an AD? I really like this watch, and the grey market/used versions are within my price range, but I'm hesitant as this is a fine watch and I want it to be perfect. At the AD the cost is about 35 percent higher, which makes me sad :(

No, I bought it through grey market dealer, but luckily there are dealers here in Europe that sell small ADs surplus with big discount and factory warranty, so there is really no downside compared to AD. Something like Jomashop is a different story. Thanks for watching and commenting.

This is the best iteration of the diver 300. The new one is too robust looking and it isnt dressy anymore. It lost its classical appeal. The bracelet is worse w the clasp being the size of a bandaid. The oldest model is decent but dont like the numerals and the aluminum bezel on it. Aluminum works best for vintage inspired and tool watches but not a dressy classic seamaster pro diver 300. This version you have is the goldilocks of all seamaster pro diver 300.
